Incentives for Pharmacists
Generic Compliance Rebates
Pharmacists can earn rebates based on the percentage of generic drugs they purchase relative to their total prescription purchases. For example, achieving a 15% generic compliance ratio could earn a 20% rebate, with higher rebates available for greater compliance ratios
Volume-Based Rebates
Additional rebates for reaching specific purchase volumes, both in terms of the number of units and the total dollar amount spent. This incentivizes pharmacists to consolidate their purchases with WHP to maximize their rebates.
Performance Metrics
Rebates and discounts based on meeting certain performance metrics, such as timely payments, adherence to purchasing agreements, and participation in WHP's programs.
Deferred Payment Options:
Offering deferred payment terms, such as 100 days interest-free, to help pharmacists manage their cash flow more effectively.

Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs)
Encouraging pharmacists to join GPOs to increase their purchasing power and negotiate better terms with WHP. This collective bargaining can lead to more favorable contract terms and additional savings
